We could also include earth / environment / other forms of intelligence in the sphere of AGI symbiosis. I found James Lovelock's Novacene book quite insightful for another perspective on how evolutionary processes can be taken as another lens to researching this issue. Preserving the planet's health & biodiversity can be some of the key elements to influence their design and could also bring more solutions to the questions on the human-AI relationship.
