I think the papers you highlight on AI Agent economies are really interesting. I think an issue with collective action (e.g. trade union organising or finding consensus between diverse groups) is that finding compromise or common ground is hard. I wonder, therefore, whether an AI agent society could be facilitate much greater collective action and therefore support a more democratic society. You could argue that while social media has led to greater fragmentation and polarisation, if the AI agentic society was structured right it could lead to more consensus. I know that the Collective Intelligence Project are working on this sort of thing, and I heard Audrey Tang speak about how AI could be used to find common ground but the Seb Krier articles particularly prompted me to think about whether the AI agent society could actually reverse the current trend of societal fragmentation.

An AI agent that can continuously monitor prices , including couple of days after I’ve bought an item would be pretty solid. In case there’s a price drop , it would have the autonomy to cancel purchases and reorder them based on the current dropped prices. I know some who track prices of items on Amazon using telegram bots. So it would be just that but more efficient. Just some incoherent rambling :)

Also, loved the bonus section!
